To guarantee minimal waiting time and maximum certainty regarding your collection orders, a few points are important. First of all, always place your order at least four hours in advance, and during working hours. This means that if you wish to collect on Tuesday at 8:00 am, the order must be placed no later than Monday before 1:00 pm.

Please do not come to the warehouse without a prior order and do not make any changes to the order at the time of collection. This ensures that your order is fully ready upon arrival, waiting time on site is kept to a minimum and errors are avoided.
