DL Chemicals introduces its new generation chemical anchors, FASTER and STRONGER than ever! 

Both chemical anchors are suitable for anchoring threaded rods in hollow and in solid materials and have a fast loading time. The anchors are styrene free, thus they can be used in confined spaces. Reuse of the cartridges is possible until the final expiration date (Shelf life of 15 months). 

Chemical anchors are ideal for fixing roller shutters, staircase hand rails, sun protection, canopies, boilers, racking, bicycle racks, masonry supports, signs, safety barriers, balcony fences, satellite dishes...

Superior performance for high load structural anchoring applications

Parachim Vinylester insures superior performance for high load structural anchoring applications. This anchor is provided with a colour indicator for working time. During this time the resin colours from blue to grey. Parachim Vinylester can be applied between -5°C to +40°C and is available in a pre-cut cartridge with a net volume of 300 ml. Parachim Vinylester is ETA certified for anchoring in uncracked concrete and masonry. 

Available in a cardboard box of 12 cartridges and 24 static mixing nozzles or in a box of 24 cartridges and 48 static mixing nozzles.

Suitable for lighter applications

Parachim Polyester can be used for medium load anchoring applications in hollow and solid building materials and can be applied between +5°C-30°C. The 300 ml cartridge is pre-cut and the resin has a beige color. Consult the technical sheet of the product here.

Accessories

Each chemical anchor cartridge has 2 mixing nozzles attached. In a box of 12 cartridges, 24 mixing nozzles are included. The mixing nozzles are also separately available (12 pieces per bag).

Extension pieces of 18.5 cm are available (12 pieces per bag) for screwing onto the mixing nozzles.

Sieve sleeves are required when anchoring in hollow materials. The sieve sleeves (with dimensions 16x85 mm) are packed per 10 pieces.
