Competition Rules “Win a Race Day Experience”
This competition is organised by DL Chemicals NV, with registered offices at Roterijstraat 201, 8793 Waregem, Belgium. Any questions relating to this competition may be submitted by email to info@dl-chem.com.
To complete a competition entry form in full, the customer must receive a unique competition code issued by DL Chemicals (hereinafter the “Code”). These Codes are sent by email to the owner, CEO or purchaser of the customer (as registered in DL Chemicals’ records), provided that the customer meets the eligibility conditions of the competition.
Eligibility Requirements: A customer will receive one Code for every €5,000 (excluding VAT) spent on competition products between 1 January 2026 and 30 April 2026 inclusive (hereinafter the “Competition Period”). Orders may be accumulated during the Competition Period. Each Code may only be used once in a single entry form. In the event of multiple submissions using the same Code, only the first registered entry will be deemed valid. For every additional purchase tranche of €5,000, the customer will receive an additional Code. For the purposes of this competition, “competition products” are strictly limited to Parabond products under the DL Chemicals brand. The following are excluded: private label products and MS polymers under the Rexon brand. Participation is restricted to professional customers of DL Chemicals (holding a valid VAT number) whose registered office is located in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, France or Germany. A “professional customer” refers exclusively to legal entities or self-employed businesses registered as active in the construction, renovation, industrial or related sectors, purchasing DL Chemicals products for professional use and holding a valid customer number with DL Chemicals. Private individuals and non-registered organisations are not considered professional customers. The following are not eligible to participate: private individuals, employees of DL Chemicals, suppliers, and customers located outside the aforementioned countries. Each professional customer established in a participating country is additionally entitled to one free Code, without any purchase obligation. This free Code may be requested via marketing@dl-chem.com. A maximum of one free Code will be issued per customer. The allocation of Codes based on purchase value is therefore an optional advantage and is not a mandatory requirement for participation.
How to participate: Upon receipt of one or more Codes, the customer may participate by completing the online competition entry form available on the DL Chemicals website.
A separate form must be completed for each Code. The customer must also provide the contact details under which they wish to be notified in the event of winning. Entry forms may be submitted until 5 May 2026 inclusive. Forms submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Determination of winners: After 5 May 2026, all valid forms will be processed. Participants must answer all knowledge questions correctly. For those participants who have provided correct answers, ranking will be determined based on the tie-breaker question: the closer the answer is to the actual result, the higher the participant will be ranked. If a customer has submitted multiple forms, only the entry achieving the highest ranking will be considered. The 30 highest-ranked customers will be declared winners. A maximum of one prize per customer will be awarded. In the event of a tie between two or more participants, ranking will be determined by the date and time at which the relevant answers were submitted. Priority will be given to the participant whose entry was submitted first.
Prizes: Each winner will receive a package consisting of: 2 VIP tickets for the F1 Belgian Grand Prix 2026 (Spa-Francorchamps) on Sunday 19 July 2026; A “Villa Delettre” VIP experience for two persons, comprising: 1) Access to the hospitality zone (8:00–21:00), including a garden party; 2) Covered seating in the Gold 8 grandstand at the La Source corner; 3) Breakfast, food trucks and open bar (9:00–21:00); 4) DJ performance; and 1 parking pass (per 2 VIP tickets). The prize is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits. The prize will be handed over to the CEO, owner or purchaser of the winning company.
In addition, some of the winners will have an extra chance to win a luxurious overnight stay at a hotel in Liège, from Saturday 18 July to Sunday 19 July 2026. These supplementary prizes will be allocated on the basis of a pre-defined, objective selection criterion: DL Chemicals will award the hotel stays to the winners whose registered business address corresponds to the longest travel time to Spa-Francorchamps. If several winners have comparable travel times, DL Chemicals reserves the right to conduct an additional random selection among that group. DL Chemicals’ decision regarding the allocation of hotel stays is final and not subject to challenge.
For tax purposes, DL Chemicals NV will issue a tax form 281.50 for each winner, covering the value of the prize won. This form will be prepared and provided in the course of 2027, in respect of the 2026 income year.
Notification of winners: Winners will be contacted personally in May 2026, using the contact details provided in their entry form. If these details do not refer to the CEO or purchaser of the company, that person will also be informed. Winners must confirm their attendance no later than 20 May 2026. If a winner fails to provide timely confirmation, DL Chemicals reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest-ranked customer.
Control & fraud prevention: DL Chemicals reserves the right to refuse or invalidate participation in cases of misuse, fraud, or incomplete or incorrect information. All purchases are verified using DL Chemicals’ internal systems.
Liability: DL Chemicals cannot be held liable for technical issues (such as unavailability of the registration platform) or errors in data submitted by participants. DL Chemicals reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
Privacy: Personal data collected in connection with this competition will be processed in accordance with GDPR legislation and will be used solely for the administration of the competition. Further details on data processing are available in the DL Chemicals privacy statement.
Acceptance of the Rules: Participation in the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these competition rules.
