How to correctly apply PU foam?
- Clean and degrease the surface if necessary.
- PU foam cures under the influence of humidity. A PU foam will create a better fill and adhere better in a humid environment. Dry and porous surfaces should always be dampened with water before applying the PU foam, except for two-component foam that cures through the reaction of the two components.
- Shake the foam can vigorously at least 20 times.

For manual foam, attach the adapter to the can.
For gun foam: screw the NBS gun onto the can.
Invert the can to spray the foam and fill the joints. Dose the volume using the adapter or the gun handle and the adjustment screw.
- Fill 50-60% of the joint for manual foam.
- Fill 60-70% of the joint for gun foam.

For larger joints, apply in multiple layers and dampen between the layers.
After use, place the foam can upright with the adapter or gun still attached.
Once cured, the foam can be cut.
