As a company, we believe it is important to show commitment to our environment, local community, etc. We have a long tradition of supporting initiatives that focus on this.
The choice of these initiatives is made carefully. This from both the personal interest of our CEO and from DL Chemicals as a company. We support initiatives from various sectors.
Sports
At DL Chemicals, sports are part of the identity of the company. We are therefore proud to bear the label 'Sports Company 2024-2025'. We achieved this label by, among other things, sponsoring various sports clubs.
Culture
Through the Tax Shelter program, which encourages the production of audiovisual works and stage works, many Flemish film and television productions have already been supported. Think of Flemish series such as 'Eigen Kweek', 'De Ridder' and 'De Bunker' and films such as 'Brabançonne'...
Charity
DL Chemicals supports the 'Hope for the children project' in Cambodia, in the village of Rong Vean, a small village where 40% of the families live in extreme poverty. Through this project, support is provided in the village in various areas such as education, poverty reduction and medical care.
With the support of DL Chemicals, investments were made in infrastructure, materials and pedagogical guidance for nursery and primary school. In addition, financial support is provided for studies and accommodation for pupils who are in secondary education. Furthermore, primary medical care and health promotion are provided.
We also organised a collection of items for Ukrainian refugees.
