The well-being and satisfaction of our employees are our top priorities. We regularly conduct an Employee Engagement Survey to understand the experiences and needs of our team. With these insights, we make targeted investments in a healthy, safe, and stimulating work environment.

2. Product development focused on sustainability and innovation
Our product strategy merges innovation with responsibility. We focus on three key areas:
Sustainable packaging
We are committed to packaging with recycled materials, introducing PCR cartridges (Post-Consumer Recycled plastic), contributing actively to a circular economy.
Innovative products
Our R&D team develops bio-based products and solutions with lower Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) emissions, making them safer for users and the environment.
Transparency is key for us, which is why we quantify the impact of our products on people and the planet through Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).. Environmental Product Declarations (EPD’s).
Sustainable procurement and production
We follow a strict procurement policy, selecting suppliers based on environmental performance and ethical standards.
Through process improvements, we aim to optimize raw material usage, minimize waste, and use natural resources more efficiently.
3. Caring for our planet
Climate change and environmental impact are among the greatest challenges of our time. At DL Chemicals, we take our responsibility seriously and take concrete steps to reduce our environmental and climate impact.
Energy efficiency and renewable energy
We invest in renewable energy sources and are installing solar panels, with the goal of transitioning to 100% green energy.
We are also electrifying our vehicle fleet and implementing energy-efficient production methods.
Efficient logistics
Smart logistics play a crucial role in sustainability. We are optimizing our logistics flows and focusing heavily on digitalization of our production processes to reduce transport and energy consumption.
CO₂ reduction and EcoVadis certification
We have begun calculating our carbon footprint and are actively working to reduce our CO₂ emissions.
Additionally, we are working toward obtaining the EcoVadis sustainability label, recognizing our efforts in environment, ethics, and social responsibility.
